The apartment is cozy and equipped to a high standard. Behind the entrance, an open entrance and kitchen area awaits. You then enter a spacious living area, which is divided into different areas. So there is a living and dining area, but also the sleeping area. The apartment offers a double bed as well as a sofa with a sleeping function. Hochheim itself is in the immediate vicinity of Wiesbaden, Mainz and Frankfurt, and there is excellent transport connection.

With sauna, large garden, two kitchens, three bathrooms (incl. 2 bathtubs), vaulted cellar, courtyard with barbecue & swings as well as lounge areas inside & outside, it is perfect for families, friends, yoga groups or pleasure travelers. In etwa 10 Gehminuten kann der Bahnhof Opelwerk erreicht werden. Von dort aus ist man in wenigen Stationen in Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden oder Darmstadt. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich die Bushaltestelle der Linie 6, mit der die Innenstadt oder der Hauptbahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden kann. Außerdem befinden um die Wohnung herum generell einige Scooter (Tier), um schnell von A nach B zu kommen.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

Gardenview

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

A special atmosphere awaits you in a stylish house with a distant view. Next to the bedrooms are a common room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bath and double washbasin for you. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers and families (with children). You have a separate entrance to the apartment. On request, a washing machine in the cellar can be used by the guests.
