3 bedroom apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. They also made a new bike trail. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Spruce Creek Cottage

Come relax along Spruce Creek. We have a fire pit where you can sit along the creek and watch for bald eagles along with a walking path that follows the creek. The creek beside the property is unfortunately club owned so you can't fish there. Although if you drive 2 miles and you can fish the famous Spruce Creek at a public fishing spot. The Juniata River is also close by and has great fishing. It's only about a 30 minute drive to State College and all Penn State events.
