The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

The 2-room apartment (45 m²) offers a bedroom (box spring bed 160/200 cm), a living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a shower room. In front of the entrance door, a small seating area invites you to linger. A washer/dryer is available for washing/drying laundry. Hand/kitchen towels and bed linens are available for use. A parking space is easy to find in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The storage of bicycles is possible after consultation.

Bright, spacious apartment with approx. 50 sqm floor space in a quiet, central residential area in Nidderau-Heldenbergen (in-law apartment). Close to Nidder-Zentrum. RMV to Frankfurt, Hanau and Friedberg. Fully furnished (including dishes, towels, bed linens). Small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Sleeping corner with 1.20 m bed Shower bath Internet, TV (Telekom Magenta) A washing machine and dryer can be shared for a fee.

The one-room, non-smoking flat is located in a detached house, has a separate entrance and is very practically furnished. Its 33 m² offer everything you need for both short and long stays. Around the corner is the Rondo shopping centre with two restaurants. Around the other corner is a tennis court with a restaurant and gym. During working hours, bus no. 11 runs between the shopping centre, the S-Bahn station and Hanau main station. The forest is 100 metres away.

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The basement apartment is located in a detached house. Approx. 3 minutes to the A45, but still very good and quiet location. Separate entrance (staircase). Apartment is about 45 square meters, a large bathroom with tub, one bedroom. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. Netto market is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation should be booked for at least two nights, as the cleaning effort is very high; thank you very much.

Welcome to our cozy 2-room apartment, approx. 60 square meters with private entrance. The apartment is centrally located: The city center with pedestrian zones and bus station, as well as nature are all within walking distance (each only 300 m). The transport connection to Frankfurt City and the airport is excellent. And since the apartment is in a house with thick walls, it is pleasantly tempered, even when it is really hot outside.
