Small private apartment with private shower and toilet & small outdoor area :) . ~ Opposite a Rewe, flower shop and a gas station. 10 minutes walk to Northeimer downtown. Free WiFi 1 double bed + a couch for up to 2 more people (emergency solution, see photos) Single and double bed possible. We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Currently, there is no parking in the yard. Small area, not visible, for bicycles.

A mix of old and new furniture and modern furnishings await you. For cooking, you can use the herbs from the raised bed and, depending on the season, enjoy the tomatoes and apples. And the Harz with its beautiful corners is right outside the door and waiting for you...

With 3 fully equipped kitchens, 3 cozy lounges and 10 beds, there is space and comfort for everyone. The surrounding area is the Northeim Lake District, a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Take unforgettable excursions, on foot, by bike or on the water. The lakes invite you to swim, boat, hike and relax.

Our property is located in the basement of our single-family home. The building entrance is shared, and we also occasionally use the laundry room in the basement. Please note: Our house is deliberately designed to be open-plan, and the rooms cannot be locked. We want to preserve that original Airbnb feeling of a trusted home. If you prefer complete privacy or lockable rooms, a hotel might be a better fit for your needs.

A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
