Welcome to our charming apartment on Lake Seeburg! Enjoy the proximity to the lake with gastronomy, leisure activities and children's playground. Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and garden. A separate entrance, free parking and barbecue facilities are also available. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

The bright, cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a former restaurant and measures about 60 m². Very close to Lake Seeburg, the medieval town of Duderstadt and the university town of Göttingen, the small town of Bodensee is located in the middle of Eichsfeld. From here you can explore the surroundings by foot or by bike as part of smaller and larger bike tours. The Harz National Park with Northern Germany's highest mountain, the Brocken, is suitable for hiking.

Small private apartment with private shower and toilet & small outdoor area :) . ~ Opposite a Rewe, flower shop and a gas station. 10 minutes walk to Northeimer downtown. Free WiFi 1 double bed + a couch for up to 2 more people (emergency solution, see photos) Single and double bed possible. We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Currently, there is no parking in the yard. Small area, not visible, for bicycles.

Shopping facilities such as bakeries and Edeka are nearby. The 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 8 people. With a large dining and living area with adjoining kitchen. Our Bärchenhof is located on the southwestern edge of the Harz Mountains. We bought this old farm with a closed garden and renovated it with a lot of love and passion. A mix of old and new furniture and modern furnishings await you. For cooking, you can use the herbs from the raised bed and, depending on the season, enjoy the tomatoes and apples. And the Harz with its beautiful corners is right outside the door and waiting for you...

Welcome to our vacation home, which can accommodate up to 18 people – ideal for families, groups or clubs! With 3 fully equipped kitchens, 3 cozy lounges and 10 beds, there is space and comfort for everyone. The surrounding area is the Northeim Lake District, a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Take unforgettable excursions, on foot, by bike or on the water. The lakes invite you to swim, boat, hike and relax.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a large living-dining area, a shower room and a bedroom for up to two people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m). A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
