This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Supermarkets are close by, Parking in front of the door is also available. Conveniently located to the city center, public transport is within walking distance.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Hello and welcome! You can look forward to two bright, modernly furnished rooms in my large apartment, just about a 2-minute walk from Lichtenberg station. From there, you have excellent access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is only about 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.

Please pay this separately at the accommodation.
