Our new 130 square meter house in Berlin offers you a beautiful central accommodation in the countryside for eight people. It is close to the city center. In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Linens and towels are included.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "gardens of the world" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn (subway) and S-Bahn (suburban train) (5) in 15 minutes. At Christmas time, it is especially nicely decorated with us and the mulled wine pot is ready. Berlin has many very nice Christmas markets and in the nearby zoo there is a magical light show.

You can stay in my house with a terrace, garden and fireplace. You can get to the city center by public transport (S Bahn 5 or 7). S Bahn is an 8-minute walk away.  30 minutes to the central station, 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Direct traffic through the whole town to Potsdam. If you are traveling by car, you can reach Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes and Brandenburg Gate in 25 minutes.  The house is perfect for families with children or a group of friends.
