Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock unseres Mehrfamilienhauses und wurde in 2024 zuletzt renoviert (seitdem Airbnb). Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer welche jeweils über 1 Doppelett (140x200cm + 180x200cm), einen Tisch zum arbeiten, spielen etc. und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten verfügen. Die Tische in einem der Zimmer + Küche sind ausklappbar. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es kann gekocht und gebacken werden. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschbecken. Das WC ist separat. Handtücher sind vorhanden.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist nagelneu & verfügt über Spülmaschine/ Herd/ Backofen & Waschmaschine. Kleingeräte sind ebenfalls vorhanden! Ein Trockner ist besonders im Winter super praktisch.

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
