Cozy attic apartment in Gütersloh

The guest area is located on the 2nd floor under the roof and includes a 12 m² small sleeping chamber and a kitchenette. The 140 cm wide wooden bed is intended for one person. Together we use the well-equipped kitchen as well as the bathroom and toilet on the first floor. Bath and hand towels are available. You are also welcome to stay in the garden. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the main and bus station in the center of Gütersloh. Bakery, cafes, and (organic) shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Smart and Central - Cosy Room for two

Der Bielefelder Westen/Gellershagen ist der ideale Standort, um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. In fußläufiger Entfernung ist vieles zu erreichen: der schöne Nordpark, der Siegfriedplatz und die Universität sind sowohl mit der Bahn als auch zu Fuß erreichbar... Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Externsteinen oder dem Hermanns-Denkmal oder in den nahen Teutoburger-Wald. Ich gebe gern viele Tipps: Kleine Weinlokale, Cafés und Bistros befinden sich in der Nähe.

Our little guest oasis to the garden with breakfast

Our cozy guest room is on the ground floor with access to the garden. A shower room/toilet is connected via the short hallway. The small breakfast is included in the price of the overnight stay - from 7:00 am - which I am happy to prepare on request. We live in the rural area of Steinhagen at the gates of : Halle/W. 10km / Gütersloh 12km / Bielefeld 18km. I prefer female guests, yet all requests are always answered individually, gentlemen : )

The apartment Eiche has a large living room with sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a nice dining area with direct access to the ground floor terrace. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and full bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed. The apartment has 95 square meters.

Das Appartement besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch (1,20 m Liegebreite). Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.

The attic of this quarry stone house built in 1865 has been completely newly expanded. It has a wonderfully quiet location with views of fields and trees! Rest is guaranteed here! Within walking distance is the golf course and a lake, around which you can wonderfully walk or jog. Bike tours can be easily planned from here... It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. In the apartment is a bed 2x2 meters, a 90x200cm cot, an Ikea Hemnes "sofa bed" 90x200cm (but you can pull out to 140x200). Then there are two sofa beds in our guest room, pulled out about 140x200cm. In the living room there is a large sofa with spring mattress.

A spacious sleeping area is presented with a large bed dressed in neutral linens and a single bed with a striped blanket. A wooden nightstand and a wooden dresser are positioned nearby, complementing the light-colored walls and warm wooden flooring.

In the newly built room, a quiet place for relaxation can be found after excursions to the Osnabrücker / Teutoburger Land. Fantastic tranquility with the possibility to accommodate horses and take horseback riding in the surrounding area. Or take your time and rest in our small wellness area. Plunge pool and beach chair are available outdoors in summer.
