Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

In the very center, very nice apartment T2, 37 sqm on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All south and west facing opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama of Sancy to Puy de Gros! IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Ideal for two people, cozy 20 m2 studio completely renovated and located on the third floor with elevator. Come and enjoy this small cozy nest well equipped where the spaces are well used. A balcony will give you the opportunity to enjoy the view and the outdoors. Located 5 minutes by car (15 minutes walk) from the city center of La Bourboule, it offers you the possibility to park easily thanks to the large parking lot of the residence. Shops nearby. 2-room apartment for 2 people, located in the Terre De Haut residence. A ski trail connects the residence to the area, allowing you to return on skis when there is sufficient snow. The rest of the year, it's the ascent of Puy de Sancy! With stunning views of the resort, Puy de Sancy and the Cantal Mountains, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a shower room/toilet!

At the foot of the slopes and the lake, with Wi-Fi and garage

At Bercail De Mira, you'll enjoy a studio cabin in a perfect location (in the straw hut). The ski slopes and the lake are 100 m from the building and the shops are on the ground floor! We have installed an 80 cm TV with a PS3 (DVD/Blu-ray) and Wi-Fi for internet addicts. A parking space in the underground garage and a large ski storage room are reserved for you. Finally you will enjoy the large balcony with views of the lake and the estate!

Welcome to the Oustal

The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot. Every morning a homemade breakfast could be served either (14 euros ) in the garden when the weather permits or in your home. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms and an entrance. It is about 40 m2.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Studio on one level, located in the heart of the medieval city in a historic district and very quiet. All shops are nearby, as well as restaurants . Super-Besse station, located 7 km away, is served by regular shuttle in season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city. A wide choice of activities is offered by the tourist office located a few steps away, in both summer and winter.

Ideally located in the heart of Sancy, with a unique view of both the Château de Murol and Sancy, this chalet will offer you a moment of privileged relaxation.
