The Moselle can be reached on foot in a few minutes as well as the center of Lieser, where a bakery, a butcher, a hairdresser and an Italian are located. Further up in the village is also a shared practice with several doctors. Known for the wine, you can see vineyards everywhere on hikes or bike rides on the Moselle; so also above and next to the house.

The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214.
