Der 1937 erstmals erwähnte und später erbaute Hof von Donnerschwee liegt im Nordosten der Stadt Oldenburg und war das erste Siedlungshaus am Platz. Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Die Umgebung besticht durch seine Nähe zu den Donnerschweer Wiesen und seinen wunderschönen Rad- und Spazierwegen. Trotzdem sind die alltäglichen Dinge des Bedarfs innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß oder per pedes erreichbar.

Die Gästesuite hat 80 qm mit einem offenen Wohn- und Essbereich, 2 Schlafzimmern mit hohen Decken, einem großen Bad mit Fenstern und einer Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Leuchtenburg nahe des Bahnhofs Bremen-Lesum. Die Fahrt in die Bremer Innenstadt dauert ungefähr 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und wundervolle Spazierwege im Naherholungsgebiet.

Gesamte Etage in einem Bauernhaus im Grünen

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Zimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die neugierigen Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

Für 1-2 Personen bieten wir DZ/DuWC für 30€ pro Pers/Nacht Unsere Gästewohnungen wurden 2017 ganz neu gebaut.

Besonderes Haus nahe Bremen

Unser Haus befindet sich an der Grenze zu Bremen Nord in dem Dorf Werschenrege. Umgeben von Wiesen, Pferdekoppeln und Wäldern kann man dort die Natur geniessen. Gleichzeitig gelangt man aber auch mit dem Auto in 20 min in die Innenstadt von Bremen. Das komplett renovierte Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Gäste-WC, ein großzügiges Esszimmer, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine neue moderne Küche mit großem Fenster in den weitläufigen Garten.
