Zur Innenstadt nach Düsseldorf sind es 19km (24min), zum Flughafen Düsseldorf 16Km (17min), zur Messe Düsseldorf 15km (20min). Ruhig gelegen direkt an Rheindamm umgibt das Haus ein 10.000qm Garten. Das Haus selber, gebaut 1958, ist zweigeschossig mit ca. 370qm Wohnfläche. Es gibt zwei großzügige Wohnzimmer . Die Einrichtung ist modern klassisch. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.
