Ruhig located just off Rheindamm, the house surrounds a 10,000 sqm garden. The house itself, built in 1958, is two-story with about 370 square meters of living space. There are two spacious living rooms . The furnishing is modern classic. The house is suitable for families and trade fair visitors (companies).

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. The prices are based on an occupancy of 6 people (minimum charge). On Sunday, a late departure until 10 pm is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €26 per night. Very special house with park-like garden and Baroque gazebo. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different angles and corners on different levels and great views.
