Want to get on the water there are 2 boat ramps to launch your boat within 6 mi. of house. Note:There is no water access from backyard!

Texas Star Cottage

Newly remodeled Texas Star Cottage located on beautiful acreage only five minutes from Temple, seven minutes from Belton, and fourteen minutes from Salado. The Silos, in Waco, are forty minutes away. Enjoy the covered porch, with large rockers, to take in the views of the pasture At present time we don't have horses but are looking. You have your own privacy gate for security. Check in with no personal contact, private amenities & sanitized cleanings. Three night minimum on all holidays.

The Stillhouse marina is located a few miles away. There they have fishing, dinning, and boat rentals. Scuba Divers Paradise offers scuba lessons at the marina as well. We also have parking available for a boat trailer at the house. Three kayaks available to you at the house

House is filled with original local art that is for sale. House has an upstairs suite, with a bathroom, a Queen bed and loft area with a pull out couch. Downstairs with Queen Bed, with tub/shower combo. Roll away available upon request. Full porch overlooking dry creek.
