Family house on a beautiful enclosed and wooded plot of 5000 m2 in an authentic Auvergne village. The house is very spacious on one level with a large terrace , 4 bedrooms with double beds and possibility to have meals outside. Very nice Haussmann apartment close to the parks.

Large, very comfortable, 80 m2, Haussmann-style, dual-aspect apartment. With its 2 balconies on both sides, there is plenty of light, you will feel at home! A small private secret garden is also present. You will be in a quiet area close to the parks and close to the city center. A few meters from one of the best bars in the city, Le Tahiti Plage (but high enough not to be disturbed by the noise)
