The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to very steep duckstairs or for senior guests.

The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is around 550 sqft and has a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfortable open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and a limestone shower room. And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge.
