Lovely self contained one bedroom apartment.

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, shower room and eat-in kitchenette, equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery. A welcome pack is provided including fresh milk, tea and coffee. The coach house is perfectly located for nearby amenities - with the option of two charming pubs serving food just minutes away. The centre of town is a short stroll away providing easy access to other local shops and restaurants. The Coach House provides a completely private space for guests away from the main house via a private entrance on the main driveway. Guests will be provided with a key code so they can come and go as they please.

The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Beautiful, quiet flat in the delightful market town of Ampthill. Only minutes walk to Ampthill Park, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Conveniently situated for; Flitwick Train Station with direct trains to London every 15 minutes. Located in a quiet area of Berkhamsted within walking distance of the town centre, golf course and railway station (35 minutes to Euston). Beautiful bathroom/wet room with robes and toiletries supplied. Bread, cereals, preserves, milk, tea and coffee are supplied for breakfast. If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here.
