Within easy walking distance of shops ,pubs ,Lido and River Waveney. It has underfloor heating,a large open plan area with integrated appliances ,fridge,freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ,smart TV and DVD player The costal town of Southwold and the historic city of Norwich are just 30 minutes drive away.

Private/secluded and self contained retreat

The apartment/studio is located at the rear of Mulberry Barn, adjoined by a large double garage. It’s self contained and extremely quiet and has views over fields and our garden. Our home is set in 3 acres and in a rural setting. The bedroom is located on a mezzanine(low ceiling so not great for tall people) and has a Paddle/space savings stairs. Private outside eating area, secluded and wonderfully peaceful. Electric gate and security cameras. We have two dogs and one cat, all very friendly

Our Cosy cottage is located between the lovely market towns of Beccles Bungay & Halesworth. Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.
