Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. Villa Filomena con le sue terrazze è immersa in un parco di olivi, cedri, cipressi e oleandri. Dopo l'attento restauro, la casa mantiene lo spirito della sua originaria proprietaria, la mia bisnonna Filomena che l'amava molto. Lontana dai rumori, vicina al paese e alle spiagge: potrai intravvedere i riflessi del lago nella luce o al tramonto, vedere la luna sorgere dalla Rocca di Garda o gli spettacoli pirotecnici delle feste del paese.

Enjoy our house, a design apartment where iconic pieces of furniture merge together with vintage touches. Recently refurbished, it offers three large bedrooms with independent bathrooms. On the first floor a large balcony offers a view over Garda and the Rocca (hill). Extraordinary for a relaxing time, enjoying a 50 square meters terrace with an entire day sun exposure. It contains all amenities for enjoying your stay such as outdoor jacuzzi, bbq area, sunbeds and beautiful views to the mountains. Inside, the apartment is beautiful, taking care of all details. The master bedroom is a dream as in the pictures and the kitchen really modern.

Cosy and charming new apartment in Garda!

Bright and wide new apartment at the second floor of an old and just restored house with a wonderful view on the sorrounding hills. Double room with a comfortable big bed, bathroom with shower, wide living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette. It is perfect for a couple but also for families and friends up to 4 people. The apartment is in a quiet area but in a few minutes you can reach the centre and the nice beaches ( 10 minutes walking). Free internet wifi,air conditioning

My accommodation is suitable for couples, sportsmen, families (with children), relax and travelers. Small villa with stunning lake view with fully equipped kitchen, two beds and a sofa bed with three single beds - Hosts 5 people overall. Beautiful private garden with lovely nature. The apartment is located on a hill 5 minutes by car from the town (Torri del Benaco and Garda), from the lake and from the beaches. There is a private parking on the roud. Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
