A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. A stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment with fully kitted open plan kitchen, tea/coffee and nespresso machine, hairdryer, 2 x TV, ironing board and iron. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

"The Cow Shed" is a 1 bedroomed barn, recently converted on a private Alpaca farm sanctuary. Just a few minutes drive from Bradgate Park, NT Stonewell, Richard iii Visitors Centre and the historic town of Ashby de la Zouch with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers as it has great road (M1/M42) and airport (EMA 15mins drive) access.A beautiful rural escape with everything you need for a truly memorable holiday.

This lovely open plan loft apartment is in Woodthorpe, a charming hamlet on the outskirts of Loughborough. A five minute drive to Loughborough or the University. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

Furnished loft apartment which is open plan. The access to the apartment is through the single door which leads into the hallway. There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know.. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cosy quarryman’s one bedroom cottage. Finished to an excellent standard through out, newly refurbished and fully equipped for all your needs. The property is in the heart of Groby Village close to local amenities and shops. Excellent travel links to the A50, A46 and M1 and a 5 minute drive from Groby pool, Martinshaw woods and Bradgate park. My place is great for a working professional couple or even a single person!
