E1401 is fully equipped end/corner three bedroom EX floor plan, sleeping up to ten guests, with a spacious 1975 sq. ft. floor plan. The living room and dining room have wall to wall windows overlooking the water with sliding glass doors that lead to the large wrap-around balcony. The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, & sofa has a Queen size pull out sleeper. The dining area has a table that seats six & bar area that seats two, kitchen is renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, & a full renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. 1st guest bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. 2nd guest bedroom has two Queen beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to it's own small balcony. There is a 2nd full renovated bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo, & is not connected to the guest bedrooms. There is tile flooring throughout the condo, and has a full size washer/dryer. The balcony has two small tables, one large table, at least five chairs and two lounge chairs. View-Overlooks the water, can see the "E" pool, and the sunsets. Guest Suite B & C are two connected beachside 2nd floor guest rooms with an amazing view! Each room has one full-size bed and two bunks accommodate up to four people each for a total of 8. Rooms B & C share a bathroom with lockable doors for each rooms bath access. Each room has a private entrance. Just outside is the sundeck or and a shaded patio downstairs next to the pool. The lighted path through the sea oats and dunes leads to the beautiful sugar sand beach where you can rest & relax.
