Shipwreck Island Waterpark & Rock'it Lanes is within walking distance. Pier Park and Miracle Strip are 4-mile trip away via Back Beach Road. Frank Brown Park is only 5 miles away. There are three golf courses within two miles.

This townhome has 960 square feet upstairs complete with 1 bedroom with a king bed, full bath with a jetted tub and a shower, and living space with queen sleeper sofa and kitchen. The upstairs sleep 4. The 550 square foot efficiency downstairs has a queen Murphy bed and 2 twin xl bunks so it also sleeps 4. The downstairs has a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, and a kitchenette equipped with frig, sink, and microwave.
