For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving, and casual hug. A free space from everyday life and the speed of city life. Here we can knock out with our arms, feel the sand between your toes, hear waves in our ears 24/7, go swimming and hiking by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. Located 10 km to Gekås, the biggest shopping centre in Nordic, 15 km to Åkula Bokskogar, hiking in the iconic Swedish, skiing in Isaberg & 25 km from the well known Ästad Vingaard and Spa.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Unique family cottage 8 min walk to the sea

Large, architect-designed cottage with 3 bedrooms and four double beds, a cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a huge garden. There are multiple terraces, fruit trees,, swings, a trampoline and a grill. The small annex in the garden can be used as a shelter. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

Unique and private midcentury style summer get away. Savour ice cold wine by the pool with your partner or fun water games with your kids. Enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace, read a book in the cosy nook or watch a movie on the big flat screen. Recharge in the new queen size bed in the tranquille ocean blue bedroom. From your bed you can open the door to the new wooden deck and hear the birds chirp and start your day with a dive in the crystal clear pool water. (Pool opens 1 may).

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

Here you will find a beautiful main building and a simple guesthouse, both surrounded by a garden and large patio.

My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, shopping and a small local train. It is a really family-friendly environment.. You’ll love my place because of the location so close to the sea, the coziness and the atmosphere of Hornbæk, one of the most attractive villages on the northern coast of Sjælland. . My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
