Completely renovated in 2024. 16-inch wonderful continental bed, kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, stove and air-fryer. The guest house is located next to our own home. The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp Golf Course and just 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to a large pool and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house, there is access to laundry/dryer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.
