In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

We have spacious and newly renovated rooms and apartments - all rooms have access to common areas such as guest pentry, dining room and laundry room. The hotel has 22 rooms and 5 apartments. Wi-Fi, breakfast and parking with heater is always included for our guests.
