Great fishing spot with included kayaks and seasonal pontoon boat to explore on the lake. Our gas fireplace on the deck provides amazing memories and relaxation. Modern house in the country with a reputation for sparkling cleanliness and 2 day minimums between guest stays. Close to Culver Academies (18 min/10 mi), Lake Maxinkuckee (13 min/7.4 mi), Lake Manitou (27 min/16 mi), and the historic Tippecanoe River (5 min/3.5 mi to Germany Bridge or 5 min/1.6 mi to Aubbeenaubbee Landing in Leiters Ford). We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

This home is the perfect spot for a private getaway, but close enough to local attractions. A picturesque style cabin makes you feel like you're far from Indiana, and is the perfect place to connect with family

Lakefront cottage on Koontz Lake

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. There is a local brewery and other restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to South Bend and 20 minutes to Plymouth. We look forward to sharing our cute little cottage on the lake. Managed by Deb Minich.

Private Entrance Guest Suite on the River

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.

Rustic Lodge -Oak Tree Lodge

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.

The Grand Pause Farm invites you to stay at our barn, overlooking 40 acres of a stress free environment, complete with ponds, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets . You will be in the country, and our cozy, quiet cabin can be enjoyed by the whole family. You can visit local parks and shopping at area stores. Due to COVID-19 we have blocked weekdays.
