Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.

A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. Two Trees is a light-filled home on Lake Huron that is a perfect spot for couples, small families, and solo travelers. Situated on a wooded lot, Two Trees sleeps four, and has a freshly updated kitchen and bathroom. The path to our private, sandy beach winds through the woods and down 38 stone steps - which are challenging for some. The house is a short drive to Lumberman's Memorial, Sturgeon Point Lighthouse, and Dinosaur Gardens. It is near US 23; there will be road noise.
