Our holiday home is located in Apen, in the district of Godensholt. Surrounded by forests, water, moors, windmills and nature reserves, you will find peace and quiet here to relax from everyday life. Due to a convenient location it is only 50km to Holland and the North Sea coast. The spa town of Bad Zwischenahn is only a stone's throw away with about 12km distance. The city of Oldenburg is also not far away. The natural landscape is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing and relaxing.

It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
