Good angle, oasis of well-being in the Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor at Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high quality and lovingly equipped and offers space for about 75sqm 2 people. The use of the garden is of course permitted. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. On our farm, the world stays outside and you can find yourself.

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.
