This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom.
