Extremely comfortable garden barn in the rural village of Stansfield, with terrace and access to our large garden. WiFi, ethernet. Wood burner, central heating and plenty of hot water. Two well behaved dogs allowed by prior arrangement (£10/dog). Village pub and award winning pub in adjacent village of Hawkedon. Beautiful local walks and bike rides. Close to Clare, Long Melford, Bury St. Edmunds, Lavenham and Sudbury. 20 mins to Newmarket, easy access to Cambridge and 2 hrs from central London.

A ten minute drive will take you to Long Melford with further boutiques, cafes and several pubs. 17 minutes away is the world famous medieval wool village of Lavenham.

Drinkmilk Lodge at Freedom Farm is set in 70 acres of private land. Previously a Newmarket stud it is only 15 minutes from Newmarket and half an hour from Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Saffron Walden and the A1. Walks or rides start directly from the farm onto the bridleway. The land is grazed by a herd of Dexter cattle and horses. There is a natural swimming pond and sauna for hire by arrangement. Parking is directly outside with disabled access.
