The 1.5 bedroom apartment (37 sqm) is offered fully furnished. The apartment has been completely renovated, including the kitchen, everything is new. A cozy Murphy bed with an Emma one mattress ensures a good night's sleep. A sun balcony is available.

Make yourself at home! With that in mind, I recently prepared my beautiful loft just for you. You will find everything you'll need for your stay. From a fully equipped Nobilia kitchen, washing machine, to an ironing board, everything is available. There is also free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart hygiene concept. And, if something doesn't work as expected, I'll be there within 15 minutes, because I live just around the corner.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
