A roomy place in the first floor of our family house kept in the style of the Yugoslavian 80's in a very quiet neighborhood. 5km to Jeruzalem vineyards, 8km to Banovci Spa, 14km to Bioterme Spa. An old town center of Ljutomer is in 10min walking distance. A place for your car in a carport. There's a garden with shadow. A lot of cycling, hiking and running possibilities in the area. 5km away there's a beautiful lake (former gravel digging) with christal clear water, perfect for a swim in nature.

A spacious bedroom features wooden beams and natural light streaming through two large windows. A large bed is centered in the room, flanked by bedside tables with lamps. Two art pieces hang above the bed, and decorative touches create a serene atmosphere.
