Izi Village São Paulo in Coroados. New high standard two-story house with swimming pool, on the main street of Coroados facing the sea. Only 50 meters from the sea. 03 rooms with air conditioning, one of them being a suite. Sleeps up to 8 people! A unique development, with an incredible terrace overlooking the sea, where you can see a beautiful sunset! With a full kitchen, living room, dining table. All rooms have a double bed, and one of them has a bunk bed in addition to the double bed.

Front facing the sea, 5 en-suites w/ air-conditioning, up to 20 people

The house, opened in 2016, sleeps up to 20 people, and is literally located on the side of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no red tape. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two bathrooms, two large balconies and a barbecue. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always nice, but if necessary all the suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

A small pool area is depicted with clear blue water, featuring a swan-shaped inflatable float. Colorful umbrellas provide shade, and a small table holds a drink. A green wall and plant add to the relaxed atmosphere, while a paved area surrounds the pool.

It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.

Pé na Areia House

Place suitable for rest and leisure as a family. The area is quiet and conducive for those who want to stay away from the buzz of the big beaches, but close enough to shop or go to restaurants. The convenience of the swimming pool in the house and the sea in front are a great option for the whole family. Important: In respect of most of the neighborhood being elderly, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Enjoy the modern and industrial charm of a seaside house with a 10-metre swimming pool. Ideal for friends and family. A place to recharge your battery and escape the stress of the city. Surf beaches near the site ( the left of Barra). Very quiet, family-friendly beach and the shallow part of the beach quiet for children.
