Only 50 meters from the sea. 03 rooms with air conditioning, one of them being a suite. Sleeps up to 8 people! A unique development, with an incredible terrace overlooking the sea, where you can see a beautiful sunset! With a full kitchen, living room, dining table. All rooms have a double bed, and one of them has a bunk bed in addition to the double bed.

The house, opened in 2016, sleeps up to 20 people, and is literally located on the side of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no red tape. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two bathrooms, two large balconies and a barbecue. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always nice, but if necessary all the suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.

It has an steep ladder, not advisable for the elderly and children
