MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

The holiday home is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, near Balksee, surrounded by fields and horse meadows – perfect for peace and relaxation. A large garden and a sunny terrace invite you to unwind. For children, there is a play kitchen, sandbox, and swing. The property is fully fenced. Beautiful walking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, leading through the Wingst forest. Alpacas graze around the house, creating a truly special atmosphere. 2 dogs are very welcome.

The environment is wildly romantic with a lot of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. Right on the edge of the Hullen bird sanctuary in Nordkehdingen lies the small town of Balje. An agricultural area full of nature. The small thatched house on Deichstraße has a lot of history behind it and was completely renovated and newly expanded by me last year. The house is nestled in a natural garden. Apple trees, cherry trees, currant and jostaberry bushes create a nice feel-good atmosphere.
