Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. Flint Cottage Hindringham close to N Norfolk coast

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

A traditional barn conversion is displayed, featuring a weathered red-tiled roof and stone walls. Expansive glass doors open to the garden, which contains seating and potted plants. A gravel driveway leads to the entrance, while lush greenery surrounds the property.

Beautiful Grade II listed barn conversion, surrounded by its own private garden and driveway, set amongst a cluster of privately owned barns, just 6 miles from the coast. The entrance door leads into a spacious, open-plan living,dining and kitchen area with tiled floors and beautiful 18th century timber beams. Large bedrooms with king size beds, 2 rooms that can be made into singles if required. 3 bedrooms downstairs, 1 upstairs. We welcome 2/3 well behaved dogs,with nice walks from the barn.

This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.
