Lovely newly renovated house with underfloor heating, Genvex, covered terrace and garden, with a view of the city's beautiful landmark; Gåsetårnet. With just 50 meters to shopping, the town square and main street, you are close to everything and can enjoy your vacation in this little gem, which is located on a small cul-de-sac. With a 5-minute walk, you are up in the medieval castle area, which has beautiful ruins, Denmark's Castle Center, Botanical Garden and views of the harbor and the Farø bridges. And it's only a 10-minute walk to a forest.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The living area features two wooden seating areas with cushions, separated by a low coffee table on a textured rug. Large windows provide a view of the greenery outside, while warm curtains frame the space. A round pendant light hangs from the ceiling, enhancing natural light.

Den gamle skole.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house, there is the most beautiful view over fields and forests and a lot of fantastic nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the frame of a kitchen and a large living room with fantastic views. Both rooms have access to the garden. The first floor has 4 bedrooms. On the landing is a TV room, table and toilet. There are beds for 9 people, but more can be made up.

A wooden pier extends into the calm, blue waters, leading towards the horizon. Gentle waves can be seen lapping against the sandy shore, while wispy clouds float across a bright sky. Grassy clumps are visible on the edges of the pier, adding natural texture to the scene.

The house 'Søeholm', once a small seaside hotel, is now our unique waterfront home, surrounded by forests and fields. A cosy and unique house with 6 bedrooms and facilities, such as sauna, private jetty and fireplaces inside/outside etc. The garden with its many cosy corners and the large terrace create the setting for your unforgettable holiday and moments together.

The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.
