Our fully furnished studio apartment (48sqm) is on the Fourth Floor of a building located near the Silliman University campus, short walking distance from Port area and the famous Boulevard whilst Rollin' Pin coffee shop is on the ground floor. (Please note we have a second unit in same building available, identified as Cozy Studio Apartment (C-1).
“Though we have not really stayed long in Sir Bert's place because we were literally running from places to places due to our hectic schedules, we were still able to enjoy what the place could offer. We LOVED the accommodation so much that we would want to stay there again soon, but for a longer period. About the videoke and street noise, there is not a time that made me feel uncomfortable. If there were indeed some noise, those were minimal. Also, I asked Sir Bert about rides to the airport and he even asked me more about what I will be riding from Airport to Dauin. He helped me by calling someone who could bring me to the airport, but the person from the other line could not make it since I was in a hurry. It was a wonderful gesture. Thanks Sir Bert!”

“We stayed in Antonios and Angies appartment for the 3rd time and again for almost 6 weeks. It really feels like home. The equipment is perfect and beautiful in style, the hosts are realiable in communication and when we had a little problem with the AC it was fixed within 1 hour (in Germany impossible!) There is a kitchen, dining area, living room, patio, terrace and parking space on the first floor that is easily available for use of everyone that is staying. There are two rooms available in the second floor which will have several beds for various guests to use. An open space roof deck is easily accessible on the 3rd floor as well. Incase of any assistance or requests, as your hosts, I will be readily available at any time on the first floor handling your security and needs. Any pet lovers are welcome to stay as well along with your furry buddies. Just let us know ahead of time and we can arrange both your needs. On every guest that we take, every single stay that you make here at Pethouse, you are contributing to the evolution of this place to further level up the service that we make and to raise the quality that we can offer.
“Chris’ place is great. It was a bit hard to find at first but believe me when I say it’s worth it to go here! He is one of the most accommodating host I’ve ever met. There are a lot of little touches in his place that I appreciate, he has a little toothpaste along with a shampoo and soap dispenser. He keeps the place very clean and it smells really good! He made sure things were okay with us and we were also allowed to leave our bags at his place after our checkout as we were still exploring dumaguete. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully for longer next time.”
