For those summer months we are happy to provide Bike Rentals to our guests! We provide all the basics for you: private parking, a full kitchen, coffee+tea, a bathtub+shower, hairdryer, laundry machines+soap, an ironing board, a hybrid memory foam queen mattress, full HD 4K TV!!+netflix+amazon streaming, Youtube TV, a Playstation 3 for those (very few) rainy days, and Pack and Play for infants! Of course each guest has individual needs and we are happy to meet them. Let yourself unwind and explore life beyond the daily routine! We are here to answer any questions you have, as well as to help make your stay comfortable! We are readily available and will respect everyone's individual needs and space. Located in the heart of boulder, the location simply cannot be beat: walk to world-class dining and cultural experiences at the Pearl St. Mall in downtown Boulder. Don't worry about your car, it will have its own private off-street parking spot, get on your walking shoes and hit the streets! No Car Required!! But a private parking spot is available. We RENT BIKES, just ask for more information! If the Pine St. Cottage is your base camp, you will be within walking distance of all the world class dining and cultural experiences that fill the Pearl St. Mall and downtown Boulder. There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

There is often wildlife to be seen such as birds, squirrels, deer, also birds, bees and a few bugs. There’s a tree that provides a shaded area, and chairs to sit on and relax and enjoy outside. We love our neighbors down the alley. One of our neighbors builds tiny homes!

Come join us on our 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and handmade barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.

The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly.
