Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

From here there are a variety of hiking trails in the near and far surroundings. TIP: The apartment is a great base for geocachers.

The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 room apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
