The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

The newly renovated and newly equipped holiday accommodation is, as the name suggests, located directly at the historic town hall. Right next door the famous restaurant "Drei Hasen", just a few steps further you come to the world champion Bernd Siefert, known from radio and television. You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideal as a starting point for hikes or Montain bike rides to the charming surroundings. It consists of a room with integrated kitchenette and an adjoining large bathroom with shower and bathtub. For relaxing, the large terrace facing back serves as a view of the countryside. This apartment is in the same house as the "Pretty guest room with bathroom/kitchen".
