Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Completely newly renovated and furnished apartment on the 1st floor. Equipped with a designer floor, box spring beds, shower, bathtub, satellite TV and an interior balcony are just a few highlights for a pleasant stay. Cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Both the spa town of Bad Driburg (9 km) and the cathedral town of Paderborn (22 km), which are also accessible by public transport, invite you to further sights and shopping.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Suffelmühle

Spend your holiday in a 180 year old mill, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. Visit this mystical place and slow down. They wake up in the morning and have a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fireproof fireplace. The mill with its ponds and surrounding nature invites you to stop. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. Being faster in the countryside is hardly possible!

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Amelunxen is in the Weser Uplands. The bike path R99 on the Weser is 2,5 km away. There is a small grocery store and a bakery in the village.
