Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 2 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! This apartment is built above our garage and features it’s own private entrance. The space is very bright and contains all the conveniences to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. There is no designated dog yard. There are plenty of areas to walk your dog in our neighborhood. We have EV charging.
