The cottage is set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees adjacent to a beautiful white barn with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cable TV, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and patio area with BBQ and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: Only a $25 cleaning fee. Modern, large 1,381 sq ft two story private Condo 2 blocks from Avila's white sand beach with your own private 3rd story 600 sq ft roof top patio with couches, fire pit, heater and hot tub overlooking Avila's ambiance. Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

This Isolated, cozy 400 sq.ft. studio on stilts has a queen bed in the bedroom, a small bathroom, a couch that pulls out to a single bed in the living room. High-speed internet with WiFi, Roku-TV streaming, sm. fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, coffee + tea pots, private deck, and covered parking. This space resides beneath large Oaks, near a creek and golf course. A 2-night minimum on Friday to Sunday am and a 1-night minimum on Sunday to Friday am.

Our condo is one of the top 10 oceanfront resorts in California. This unit overlooks the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, bbqs and fire pit. Access to the beach is just yards away. It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.

Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Also included; free use of surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and portable air conditioner. STR Permit #0135
