Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. It is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm), a table, two chairs, a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Service is available. The annex is heated and has hot water.
