Our chalet is bordering on the National forest with trails out the door and fishing ponds a short walk away. Fenced yard for pet safety. NO PET FEES. Just 10 minutes from FairPlay and 40 minutes to Breckenridge depending on traffic for world class skiing. Centrally located to rafting, biking and fishing.

All the conveniences of home with high speed access. Two lovely bedrooms & bathrooms. One has day bed which can be two twins or pops up to king. Two storage lofts.
