The small forest cabin is small but good and is located in a small cottage area surrounded by tall trees and a large secluded plot with a fireplace, terrace and jacuzzi. sandbox, outdoor toys, etc. There are only 20 minutes to Sommerland, 20 minutes to Holbæk city center, 10 minutes to Ulvfsborg and 10 minutes to the nearest beach (by car) 5 minutes to northwest Zealand's largest shopping center ☺️ price is included consumption ✨️ please note that in September, bookings are closed due to renovation

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Lovely separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with cafe table and chairs. Shopping is less than one kilometer away and located in scenic surroundings. It is possible to borrow a cot and pets are allowed for a fee. If you have older children (up to two), there is the possibility of an air mattress. Surrounding sights: Løvenborg gods, Holbæk city, Istidsruten, Skjoldungene Land and more.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
