In a small quiet village, at the foot of the Champagne and Burgundy vineyard, 10 minutes from Chaource and Les Riceys, come and stay in this charming cottage decorated with taste and thoughtful for stays for families or friends. In the village, you will have the opportunity to visit local producers: goat cheese, poultry farming, foie gras. On the ground floor, you will have a pleasant living room with kitchen open to the living room, dining area and living room by the fire, a double bedroom, bathroom (shower, sink, bidet), separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs: you will have access to a relaxation/reading/remote working area on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom for 4 people (4 single beds including 2 beds that can be brought together as a double bed), bathroom (bathtub + vanity + toilet). Outside, you will enjoy a large covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, deckchairs, swing and jacuzzi from March 15 (with supplement and upon reservation). The enclosed lot can accommodate 4 vehicles. In the garage, enjoy the foosball and ping-pong table in all seasons. Heating and electricity included within the limit of normal consumption (arrival/departure meter reading from October to April) - wood offered for the fireplace. The beds will be made on arrival.

Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
