Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located in the city center, it is close to the train station and supermarket, kebab, pizzeria, bakery, tobacco bar. Located 10 minutes from Nigloland and about 15 minutes from the lakes of Mesnil Saint Père, Amance and Géraudot. You are also 35 minutes from the city of Troyes and all the activities it contains, factory outlets, old town of Troyes, 5 minutes from the Ermitage golf course and 10 minutes from the highway.

Waterfront house

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, Essoyes, you will have the choice between tours, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
