Die 80 m² große Wohnung ist für vier Personen gut ausgestattet und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Selker Noor - und das ist in jeder Jahreszeit etwas Besonderes. Das "lüttje Huus" liegt unmittelbar neben dem alten Fischerviertel Holm von Schleswig mit den alten gepflegten Fischerhäusern um den historischen Friedhof. Unser Danewerkhuus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse in Dannewerk. Auf einer Gesamtgrösse von ca.150qm (EG, OG) befindet sich im EG eine vollausgestatte Küche, kombinierter Ess-/Wohnbereich (TV mit Blue-Ray-Player) mit Kaminofen und Zugang zur 25qm grossen oberen Terrasse. Im UG befindet sich unsere tolle, neue Wikingergrotte mit TV und Electronic-Darts zum urgemütlichem Beisammensein, ein kleines Gäste-WC und einen ebenerdigen Zugang zu unserem grossen, überdachten Freisitz.

Unsere kleine „Kapelle“ befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof zwischen der Schlei und dem Naturpark Hüttener Berge. Friedlich eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Äckern und Mooren liegt unser unverwechselbares „Mini-Dorf“. Bei uns leben vier Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern sowie eine freundliche Hovawart-Hündin, vier Katzen, ein Hahn und zwei Hennen. Alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner laufen auf dem Grundstück frei herum, es gibt bei uns weder Zäune noch Pforten.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren in der Nähe von Schleswig! Zwischen Schlei und Hüttener Bergen gelegen- jeweils nur ca. 5 km entfernt. Das Selker Noor mit eigener Badestelle ist nur 3,4km entfernt, auch das Wikingerdorf Haitabu als UNESCO Welterbe ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, genauso wie Schloß Gottorf, der Schleswiger Dom und der Hafen. Bis zur Eckernförder Bucht sind es auch nur 20 km!

Das Haus liegt am Rande einer Ferienhaussiedlung, mitten im Grünen mit phantastischen Blick auf die Schlei. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Wasser. Das Haus, die großen Terrassen und der Garten bieten bei jedem Wetter Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen.

Outstanding vacation home - water view!

Fantastically beautiful, fully equipped holiday home in a quiet end road in Stexwig with direct view onto the Schlei. Here you will find peace and quiet to enjoy, direct access to the harbour for a quick dip in the water or a few hundred metres further on access to the bathing area with a great playground for young and old.
