It is a private 400 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage with a kitchen, set back from the road and surrounded by pastures and trees. 1 King-size bed in the bedroom 1 Queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the Living room This cottage is one of the three cottages on our 16-acre property. Walk out of the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of land. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.

It is very small, but has what you need. Small Roku TV and Comcast internet.

Enjoy our local treasures like the Ollie Also and Stanie Too Fine Mess Old Car Museum or The Laurel and Hardy Museum. For our nature lovers we recommend Euchee Creek Park maybe enjoy one of several walking trail at Augusta Canal National Heritage Area. Cottage is located behind owners home and walking distance if issues or discrepancies arise. **NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE TRAILERS OR BOATS ANYMORE**
